The Rubicon is an Intensive Outpatient Clinic for the treatment of Substance Use Disorders coupled with co-occurring mental health issues. The organization was previously known as Crossroads Aftercare Facility in Minneapolis but was re-branded and re-located to Edina in 2021 as The Rubicon.
Strategic Priorities:
To build a solid client base throughout the course of the next 12 months – the clinic opened July 1, 2021. During that period of time, there will be an ongoing effort to closely monitor the effectiveness of the treatment program and engage in a process of continuous improvement. Regular client feedback will be included in the review process as a means to help ensure the highest degree of client satisfaction. Marketing will remain a critical component; the plan will be regularly reviewed and enhanced to meet the objectives. Specific, measurable goals will be required and will be tracked and reported against on a regular basis. Business intelligence/data analytics will be a key factor in managing the operation to realize its goals.
