Over the past decade, I have served Minnesota’s most diverse, underrepresented, and marginalized communities in various roles in the nonprofit social service sector including career coaching and training, housing advocacy, social services coordination, mental health support and crisis intervention, community organizing, and managing retention and program evaluation for meaningful impact. I am thrilled to join Propel Nonprofits as a capacity builder for nonprofits focused on family engagement in the K-12 educational system. I strongly believe that it is through relationships that change occurs. I am committed to contributing to systemic change while leading with intentionality, purpose, and humility.
I hold a B.S. in Family Social Science and a Minor in Youth Leadership development from the University of Minnesota. I am a life-long learner and enjoy all things personal and professional development.
When I am not working, I enjoy life with my husband and sons, a cup of good coffee with a friend, or walking my dog and admiring the beauty of nature.
