I am dedicated to promoting the welfare and advancement for all, and am committed to social justice, equity, and impact of the nonprofit sector. With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit social service sector, I have a depth of knowledge in nonprofit program management, program development, implementation, evaluation, managing impact, and bringing equity to my work. I am thrilled to join Propel Nonprofits as a capacity builder for nonprofits focused on family engagement in K-12 educational systems. As an innovator and community organizer for meaningful impact, I am committed to contributing to systemic change while leading with intentionality, purpose, and humility.
I hold a B.S. in Family Social Science and a Minor in Youth Leadership development from the University of Minnesota. I am a life-long learner, macro-level systemic thinker with the heart of an advocate, and enjoy all things related to personal and professional growth.
