Our Strategic Board Development includes a confidential self-assessment, created and administered to board members and the executive director, followed by a review and discussion of the results, training, and a board development action plan. Sometimes boards seek a more transformative development that requires more than one training session.
We also can coach you on the how to build your board with the right tools and processes, including the processes related to recruiting new board members.

We work with leaders, both experienced or emerging, to help them access their best thinking, build productive relationships, and navigate change effectively through Leaders Circles®.
Leaders Circles® are a proven way to develop leadership strengths. Our Leaders Circles® program accommodates the needs of both emerging and C-suite leaders. Circles create the environment that allows you to confidentially discuss challenges and ideas, test ideas before “taking them public,” identify solutions to challenging situations, and network with others who face similar issues.
Circles are comprised of 5-7 leaders at similar points on their leadership journeys who commit to participate for one year. Circles meet once monthly during the work day, for up to three hours. A trained, experienced coach works with each group.
