I have spent my career working, volunteering and consulting with nonprofit organizations. I’ve held various roles ranging from Executive Director, to Program Manager, to Receptionist. My consulting began in 2010 and have focused on small organizations serving and/or led by BIPOC communities. I also teach at St. Catherine University in Organizational Leadership and at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs in Nonprofit Management and Governance. My educational background includes an undergraduate business administration degree from Metro State University, and a graduate degree in organizational leadership from St. Catherine University; I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree from Fielding Graduate University.
