Finance Networking Lunch: Managing Cash Flow with Sarah Jackson

Networking Lunch

  • August 1, 2019
  • 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

While standard nonprofit financial reports – the budget, income statement, and balance sheet – provide important management information, these statements alone do not tell whether there is enough cash on hand to pay for an unexpected heating repair, to take on a new program opportunity, or even to cover payroll next month. For this, effective cash flow management is essential.

Bring your lunch and your questions – these networking lunches are a great way to connect with other nonprofit finance leaders! These lunches are free and no RSVP is necessary, but signing up in advance does help us know how many to expect.

The Finance Roundtable Network events are co-sponsored by the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits.

Sarah is a loan officer and financial specialist at Propel Nonprofits. She has been working with or for nonprofit organizations in Minnesota for more than a decade in various roles including executive director of the Minnesota News Council and program director for the Minnesota Newspaper Association.
