This session will provide techniques and approaches to having practical conversations critical to organizational decision making, while providing analytical tools to assist in gauging the risks to your income and the flexibility of your expenses.
This workshop is designed to be a collaborative and participatory learning environment that will bring together Propel Nonprofits finance specialists with participants to share learnings, answer questions and provide support.
Organizations are encouraged to have more than one person attend this session. The training is open to everyone and will be especially helpful for Executive Directors, finance staff, Board Chairs and/or Board Treasurers who are or want to be engaged in financial planning for the organization.
