  • September 30, 2020
  • 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Understanding the true, full cost of delivering programs and services is essential for management decisions, program design, and effective fund development. This workshop includes hands-on, practical exercises that will help you identify your program costs and develop realistic budgets. You will leave this workshop with tools to help you calculate program costs and move your organization to greater financial sustainability.

We’ve modified our in-person training slightly to take it to an interactive virtual format. Participants will receive information to join us online via email.
